Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your course must be uncompleted. If you complete more than 20% of the course you won’t be eligible for the refund.
Refunds
If you want refund email us the right reason with the order number (at comtact@epochmentors.com). We will verify and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bKash account which you have used to pay, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact us at contact@epochmentors.com, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if it’s a mistake. You must have to inform us within 30 minutes at contact@epochmentors.com.
